Return Policy 
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase and accept returns of product for credit within 14 days from the date of delivery. A Return Authorization is required before you can return your purchase, and may be obtained by calling 1-800-214-6077.

All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Product must be returned in its original carton with the inner pack as it was received. If the condition of the returned item and packaging is not complete, and the returned item is not in it’s original delivered condition we reserve the right to increase the restocking fee.

All returns must have a Return Authorization from us before they can be accepted. You may request a return authorization by telephone, fax or via e-mail. Any items returned to us without a return authorization will be refused. We cannot accept COD or freight collect shipments under any circumstances.

Return instructions are provided on the packing slip included with your order. Please follow those instructions to make your return. Any items returned to us without a return authorization will be refused. 

The cost to insure and ship the item to us will be your expense. Please contact us to arrange return pick up service via Fed-Ex Ground or Fed-ex Home Delivery to avoid additional restocking fees. Return instructions can be found on the packing slip included with your order.
