"Thrum?" Okay... a Thrum is a piece of un-spun fiber that has been knit into a mitten. These mittens have to be felt to be appreciated! Very cuddly.  

Kit Contents: The kit contains the pattern and all materials needed to make a pair of these warm women's mittens. Included in the kit are a skein of Peruvian 50% Alpaca / 50% wool medium weight yarn and approximately 30 gram ball of natural colored wool roving fiber for the Thrums. You will have to separate the fiber to make the Thrums as described in the enclosed pattern. The mitten is knit in the round at 20 stitches over 4 inches.

Care: Hand Wash, Dry Flat or Dry Clean

Needles: You will need two sets of double point needles ... a set of size 5 and a set of size 6 double point needles, both 7 inches in length. Needles are NOT included with the Kit. Please send us a message if you would like to purchase the needles.
