NEW SCOOTERS AND CHAIRS INCLUDE A ONE (1) YEAR MANUFACTURER WARRANTY THAT COVERS ELECTRICAL AND MECHANICAL PARTS. TRANSPORTATION AND LABOR COSTS ARE NOT COVERED UNDER WARRANTY.


This warranty is extended only to the original purchaser/user of our products. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other legal rights which vary from state to state.
ActiveCare warrants this product to be free from defects in materials and workmanship, for the following periods:

Five Years: Base frame

Three Years: Seat frame

12 Months: Electronic controllers
Motor & Brake (electronic function only), Charger,
Any other electrical sub assembly

6 Months: Batteries


If within such warranty periods any such part shall be proven to be defective, such part shall be replaced. This warranty does not include any labor or shipping charges incurred in the installation of any such replacement part. Active Care’s sole obligation, and your exclusive remedy under this warranty, shall be limited to such replacement.
