Items from our warehouse in Fontana, CA usually get sent out within 2 full business days. All packages are mailed through UPS Ground, unless its needed sooner and extra shipping charges for RUSH service will be added to your total. Items from the warehouse are packed exceptionally well. If an item does arrive broken, simply notify us by email at DDoyle5618@yahoo.com, or leave us a message through Ebay, and we will let you know what needs to be done. We need to be notified within 7 days. Sometimes the item will need to be sent back to the warehouse.

All items from the warehouse are fully guaranteed. If returning for a reason other than damage, a 20% restocking fee applies for a cash refund. If a merchandise credit is taken, the restocking fee will be waived. We have over 3000 items in our warehouse, and a catalog will be sent out if the merchandise credit is issued.

SHIPPING DISCOUNTS: All items that come from our warehouse in CA are eligible for a shipping discount, if 2 or more items are purchased within 7 days of each other. Starting with the highest shipping amount, we add only $6 for each additional item. To receive this discount you must WAIT for a special invoice to be emailed to you, as the payment for all items must be received at the same time. If payment is made separately for each item than no shipping discounts will be given.
