five-star customer service. Orders typically ship within 24-48 hours (excluding
weekends) of receipt of cleared payment. However, please allocate up to
72 hours for shipment for rare occasions. After your item has been
shipped, please allow 1 to 5 business days for UPS delivery or 2-3 days
(except Sundays) for USPS Priority Mail delivery.
- Shipping costs are shown below under "Shipping
and Payment Details", or at the top of this page.
- USPS Priority Mail will be used for shipping of small
packages. Hawaii, Alaska, APO, FPO, and P.O. Boxes are acceptable for
items posted with Priority Mail or First Class Mail options.
- Large items will be shipped with UPS only. No APO,
FPO, or P.O. Box addresses or international shipping when UPS is
required. Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, and Puerto Rico, shipments will incur
additional shipping charges if available.
- For items with free shipping, UPS Ground or USPS
Priority Mail will be used, and may be substituted for each other at our
discretion. First class mail will not be used unless it is specified
below.
- Shipping prices are fixed at a flat rate and
non-negotiable.

Any warranted items must be returned in the original
packaging. Please retain all packaging materials until the warranty
period has ended.
- Warranty returns are subject to approval via email
before the defective item is return shipped. Customers are responsible
for return postage and insurance. Penguin Solutions will ship your repaired
or replaced item at no cost to you. Unless otherwise stated above. In
cases where no defect is found, the purchaser will be assessed a testing
fee and return shipping cost.
- Warranties cover hardware only. Software problems are
not covered unless caused by defective hardware.
- The manufacturer may warrant new items and some used
items. Items with a manufacturer warranty should be returned to the
manufacturer.
- Functionally defective products will be repaired or
exchanged if the defect is reported during the warranty period. Used and
refurbished items are warranted to be fully functional and usable for
their intended purpose. Cosmetic problems and compatibility with other
hardware or software is not covered under this warranty. A defect is
considered to be cosmetic when it does not impair the functionality of a
product.
- There are no other warranties, expressed or implied.
