Defective products must be returned in its' original packaging with all accessories, including owner's manual. Defective product, missing accessories and/or original packaging will be repaired and/or replaced as received. Any return package that does not have an RMA number will be refused. Shipping & Handling charges are not refundable in any situation. Return cost of any defective item is the sole responsibility of the customer.
