One Classy Place offers US domestic, international and Canadian shipping. Each piece is carefully packaged to protect your purchase, and orders are generally shipped within 3 to 5 days after cleared payment is received. We ship via FEDEX, UPS or USPS. For HI, AK, Puerto Rico, A.P.O. and international shipments, please email

While we strive to maintain the utmost care in delivering to you the highest quality product possible, occasionally mishaps can occur. If your merchandise is damaged or defective in any way, we will arrange to correct the situation. Please notify us within 7 days of receipt. In the unlikely event your merchandise can not be repaired or replaced, we will refund your purchase price. 

We are happy to offer combined shipping on our items whenever possible. However, some restrictions do apply to fragile items and when items ship from multiple locations. If considering multiple purchases in combination with this item, please contact us and we will attempt to accommodate. 

Insurance is included for items that are shipped FEDEX or UPS. Insurance for items shipped USPS is optional (but recommended) unless otherwise noted.
