Terms of combined shipping |
We offer combined shipping on most items. Please email us for the combined shipping rates. At the end of the auction you must send us an email with the item number asking us to hold the item for possible combined shipping. Unpaid items will not be held for combined shipping for more than 7 days. However, you may pay for an item and email us to hold that item for possible combined shipping. Some items may NOT qualify for combined shipment due to weight, fragility or other considerations such as size and packaging. |

Warranty vs. As-Is Sales |
All items are sold as-is with no warranty unless otherwise stated. Please email us with any questions before bidding. Payment |
Based on Ebay policies we will only accept PayPal. We only accept US currency so any conversion costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Returns and Refunds |
General Policy – We only offer exchanges or store credit on this item. Should you change your mind or need a different size you should contact us at ReliableTraders at aol.com for instructions on returning an item to us. You can also call us at 520-623-1755. With exchanges or returns for credit, buyer must pay shipping charges for the return and shipping for the new item. Upon arrival of your item, you have seven (7) days to notify us if your item is defective or does not match the item description. All requests must be in writing by email either through the eBay message system. |

Process for resolving any problems with your shipment |
IF THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH THIS ITEM: All problems must be reported to Reliable Traders within five (5) business days of receipt of item. Email us with the following information: Name, address, name of item, Item number, telephone numbers where you can be reached, serial number of the item where applicable, and a description of the problem you are experiencing. We can only guarantee what we have said was working, if it is something listed as either untested or nonworking, or if the item was sold as-is, then we cannot accept the return. If the warranty tag is broken (if applicable), we will not even consider giving a refund. We will do our best to troubleshoot the problem before asking you to return the item. If you will need to send the item back to us, it may be at your expense. If we have the same problem you are having, we will issue you a refund for the purchase price. Any shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the error was clearly ours. If we do not have the same problem you are having, we WILL NOT issue you a refund and we will expect you to pay the cost of return delivery to you. Merchandise should be properly packed. Reliable Traders is not responsible for any merchandise that we do not receive or that is not returned in accordance with the stated terms: We are not responsible for any losses in the mail while returning merchandise. Returned items with signs of abuse or intentional damage will be refused and returned to sender at sender's cost. Items Damaged in Shipping |
Shipping damage must be reported within five days of receipt of the item. Damage must be reported in writing by email either through the eBay message system or directly to us at ReliableTraders at aol.com. |

Return Procedures |
Please send an email to ReliableTraders at aol.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Merchandise should be carefully packed to prevent any losses or damages in transit. Merchandise must be sent back in the original packaging with the original packing slip and displaying the appropriate RMA number. Items Lost in Shipping |
If you have not received your purchase, email us at ReliableTraders at aol.com with the following information: Name, Address, Phone Number and EBay Item Number. We will immediately start tracking down your package. The USPS requires a 30-day wait before we can file a complaint, and they require a signed letter stating that your item was lost or damaged. All Carriers take about 4-6 weeks to process claims. We cannot issue replacements until the carrier pays us. If the carrier denies the claim, you will not receive a replacement. |

International Shipping |
The delivery to many countries may take from 2-3 weeks after order has been shipped. Please understand that most international delivery delays are postal delays that we are not aware of until you let us know. Merchandise will typically ship within 1 to 3 business days of payment confirmation. Please remember that you will be responsible for any import duties, which are based on an item's declared value (winning bid amount). We do not calculate these nor do we include them in the auction prices or shipping quotes, so please check with the shipper before bidding. Some items may take additional time to ship based on size or special handling requirements. Allow for up to 2-3 weeks for First Class International shipping or to ship via freight carrier. |
