The $1.00 to $2.00 is to cover the costs of eBay & PayPal fees, packing materials, mailing supplies, etc... I do not inflate the shipping charges at all. Shipping charges are set by USPS.
RETURNS: I gladly accept returns if the item(s) is not as described anywhere in the description, pictures, addendums, or questions. I only accept returns that I have agreed to before return shipping, are returned insured with signature confirmation and are returned in same condition and packaging as when shipped. Returns without prior approval will not be refunded. Approved returns will be refunded the purchase price. I do not accept "buyers remorse" returns. I consider MINT condition to be as nice as it would be had the item been purchased from a store. I try my best to disclose any flaws, but if the buyer does not completely read the entire listing page I cannot assume responsibility. I take as many photographs as possible and all are enlargable. I prefer check-out transactions be completed within three (3) days of auctions end and that funds be completed within seven (7) days of auction's end. If no contact regarding status of payment is made within seven(7) days of the end of the auction the buyer will be reported to eBay as a nonpaying customer. I am very understanding. If you are delayed just send me an email.

I USUALLY SHIP SUPER QUICK! Usually in 24 hours or less of receipt of payment; that is if the post office is open. My packages are picked up at 9:30am MST.
To figure out what shipping will cost I prefer to give you options, so PLEASE USE THE SHIPPING CALCULATOR AT THE BOTTOM OF THE PAGE. I prefer to ship USPS Priority Mail. If you are having problems with the SHIPPING CALCULATOR on my page, please go to the site map in the right hand corner and under selling is a SHIPPING CENTER link in the shipping center click the option to CACULATE POSTAGE. Use the approximate weight I have given in the listing. Estimate the box size. That will give you a good rough idea if you need the answer quickly and I am not available.
INTERNATIONAL BUYERS, due to the "streamlining" of USPS's International Rate Policy, 1st class Mail is now determined by size, weight, and destination. I apologize, but I NO LONGER OFFER 1ST CLASS INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING. Also, please be aware of your country's customs regulations and understand that I am not. It is your responsibility to be knowledgable about import values and their subjection to duty taxes. I am a honest, responsible citizen and will not compromise my morals to make a sale so please don't even ask.
If flat rate shipping is offered, ignore the above. If free shipping is offered then item will most likely be sent via USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation and will be insured.
Every package over $25 is to be insured. Sellers are required to build insurance into the price of our listings. My handling charges include what I am estimating the insurance will cost. If it is less than I will make an adjustment on the invoice or if you pay before receiving an invoice I will refund you the difference. I cannot stress the importance of insuring your purchase enough. It is a very small amount monetarily to be confident that if your item(s) arrives in less than described condition due to damage or mishandling on the part of the delivery company you will have some recourse. I am not a store, I am an individual. I do not have an inventory and in most cases have only one of whatever I am selling. I also cannot cover the cost of damage caused by mishandling, and do not have business insurance which would cover that. Below is what it costs to cover purchases up to $5,000 via USPS:

Please do not ask me to fore go insurance, if you don't want your item insured then I would prefer you not bid on my items. I want my customers to receive and enjoy their purchases. If you are not willing to pay a little more for that security then I suggest you bid on someone else's auction and take your chances.
