Has the Original Wooden Frame. Painting is Signed. I am not able to make out the name. Please refer to the pictures below.

This Antique painting has had a few spots that looked to have had repair many years ago. Please refer to the pictures.

The painting looks amazing. This art came from a Exquisite River Oaks Estate in Houston,Tx.
