  This is a large "Garde" light-colored wood chess clock.

It is far simpler to set than the digital clocks in use in rated chess

tournaments today.   It has large clock faces, with flags that rise as

you approach the set limit, then fall to indicate overstepping that limit,

thus losing the game on time.   A large, very sturdy clock with metal

buttons, it is in excellent condition.
