Shipping Price: If you see a high shipping price and don't understand why, please contact me and I will break down the charges for you. My shipping charges are for the following:
1. I USE NEW BOXES! Boxes should only be shipped once - many eBayers use boxes that were not even intended for shipping. The last time someone shipped me something in a used box it showed up in pieces.
2. I bubble wrap all items and seal them together before packing them in a new box with plenty of tape.
3. I insure all glassware - this is part of the handling charge.
Combine Shipping Price:
I combine shipping based on weight. I PLEASE WAIT TO PAY before combining shipping. I will send you an invoice. I want to save you the most money I can, while keeping your purchase damage free.
Handling Fee:
Depending on the size and fragility item, the handling fee varies. The fee pays for packing materials, boxes, etc. I try to be as fair/low as possible.

Returns (You've changed your mind):
If you receive your item and no longer want it, I will refund you the cost of the item (minus eBay fees, shipping, & handling) if you return in the manner & condition in which is was sent. You are required to return it with delivery confirmation, well wrapped, insured, in a new box.
Returns (Item Broken/Item Significantly Not as Described): PLEASE READ CAREFULLY.
I will follow the Paypal Protection plan to the letter.
DO NOT THROW OUT ANY OF THE PACKING MATERIALS OR THE ITEM. Make contact with me immediately. We will go through the steps needed to verify damage with USPS and I will file a claim with your coorperation.

Where Did This Come From?
Most of my glassware comes from estate sales, garage sales, and resale stores. Most of my items have been used at some point. These items may have come from homes with smokers, pets, etc. I have cats myself. I lightly wash all glassware, but I recommend cleaning all items before using / displaying.
About Glassware:
Most of the glassware I sell is vintage or antique. If you know anything about glassware you know that each glass is different. Air bubbles, straw marks, seams, etc. are normal in glass. This is not to say that I won't mention major variances, but keep in mind that most vintage and depression glass was made in mass production and will vary from glass to glass.
About Me:
I do not play hide and seek with flaws. I try to provide a solid description and multiple high quality photos. The item in the photo is the one you get. I am not yet an expert in antique, vintage, and collectible items. I spend whatever time I have doing research and try to post all items to the best of my knowledge. If you have questions about an item, please let me know before bidding. I want to make sure you are bidding on the item you want. If you feel that I have made an error in my listing, please contact me with an explanation and I will make any necessary modifications.
