We ship orders Monday through Friday.  Due to our office hours we can make no exceptions to this policy.  We do everything we can to get your product to you as quickly as possible.  If your payment is received during normal business hours, your package should be shipped the following morning, (99% of our orders are shipped within one-two business days from receipt of payment, Monday through Friday).  We offer express shipping at an additional cost.  If express shipping is needed please please select the appropriate option during checkout.  

• Any problems with the product must be made known to us within 7 days of Delivery via email, NO EXCEPTIONS.
• Please include your user id and item number you purchased with all email communications.
• Once your RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) is approved , we  will provide you with shipping address.
• Item must be returned in Original Condition plus a copy of the auction as well as a note stating what is wrong with the product.
  
• Buyer is responsible for shipping the item back at their expense.
• If item is defective an exchange will be offered for same or similar item.
  
• An option of a refund is offered for any reason.  The refund is equal to the purchase price of the item.  This not does not include shipping and handling fees. In case where shipping and handling was free, there will be a $4.99 charge for item shipped to you as well as a 20% restocking fee of purchase price.  All items being returned must be returned in the same condition as received, including all accessories and packaging materials.  If any item is missing from the original package a fee will be applied for the cost of the replacement.
