Synopsis
A fourteen-year-old boy who was raised by an abusive old woman and who has always had questions about his parents sees a picture of a missing child and sets out to discover if he is that child. Fifteen-year-old Eddie Leonard has no idea who his parents are, and his grandmother, with whom he lives, tells him conflicting stories about his birth. When Eddie sees a missing child poster with what he believes is a photo of himself at age three, he feels he's found his true identity as Jason Diaz, and tries to join the family that he's missed for so long--only to find that neither can live up to each others' expectations.
