Return Of Goods Policy (ROGP)
If the customer does not satisfy with our product(s), we have a refund policy allowing the customer to return the goods and get a refund. The policy is consisted of four clauses:
(1) The customer has to notify us by email that they want to return the goods and get a refund. The customer has to state in their email about the delivery number, description and quantity of goods to be returned. The claim has to be raised within 30 days after the shipment date. We will issue a RMA (Return Material Authorization) number to the customer if the information is correct. Please use this RMA number through out the later correspondence. Don't send the goods back without this RMA number assigned.
(2) The goods to be returned have to be clean and unused.
(3) The customer has to send the unsatisfied goods back to us via REGISTERED MAIL. The ROGP will go on only until we have received and examined the returned goods. The mail fee and insurance will be borne and pre-paid by the customer.
(4) After the receipt of the returned goods and we find the goods is in compliance with {Clause2}, we will arrange refund to an account designated by the customer. The amount of refund will be the bid price of the goods only. The postage, insurance and any other costs are not refundable.
