Payment is due within 7 days of auction close via Paypal.  Paypal E-Checks must clear prior to shipping.  All international orders and domestic orders over $100 now require insurance as we will not cover loss due to theft or damage by mail carriers.

Once you pay the highest shipping charge, each subsequent shipping charge is 50% off as long as all items are paid for with 1 payment and shipped to a single destination.  WAIT for us to send you an invoice with the corrected total.  If you pay first without the corrected total, you maybe paying an incorrect amount.  If you choose to pay for each item individually, you will NOT be elegible for the discounted shipping rate as we are charged for each payment transaction.

We usually ship the same day as payment is received via USPS (depending on what time payment is received and if there is a postal holiday).  We have been in the shipping business for over 19 years and will make sure that your items are packaged securely and appropriately.  Be sure that your address is correct as we will not pay to reship items which are returned to us because of an incorrect address that you provided. 

 ALL SHIPMENTS TO ITALY, JAPAN, FRANCE, SPAIN or ANY INTERNATIONAL ORDER OVER $100 USD REQUIRES PRIORITY or EXPRESS MAIL SERVICE  as we will not ship to these countries without tracking.  NO EXCEPTIONS!!!!

 Once we tender your order, we do not have control over the postal service.  International shipments may take between 7-21 days or more depending on location.  IF you require tracking, your order will have to be shipped via USPS Priority or USPS Express service.

From time to time we offer specail shipping promotions such as discounted shipping or free shipping which will be detailed in each individual listing.  ALL free shipping offers apply only to orders within the USA only.  Please use the shipping calculator to figure out the shipping rate applicable to your specific country.

Feedback

We are fast shippers, but we are not responsible for delays in delivery caused by any carrier.  Before leaving neutral/negative feedback regarding this, please note the root cause of a delay.  We should not be getting feedback meant for the carrier.  Our automated feedback system will post feeback for you as soon as it is posted for us.

Insurance

   We highly recommend insurance and it is optional on most listings that we offer.  We absolutely will not replace lost, stolen or damaged items which are not insured.  If you are not mature enough to accept liability for loss/damage due to carrier if you do not purchase insurance, DO NOT BID ON OUR LISTINGS!!!  We will not be subject to feedback extortion to replace your uninsured items and offenders will be reported to Ebay and blocked from bidding on any of our future auctions.

 Miscellaneous

We have been receiving an increasing number of requests for trading of items won in auction for other items we have listed after auction close.  Because of this increasing problem, we will not accomodate any requests for trades or exchanges.  Please bid on the item which is in the listed in the auction as it is the one you will receive in your order.
