Pennsylvania Dutch Style Cream Pitcher

Floral design and "It Gives Cream" on the front

Small size approximately 2 1/2" H

There is  a small chip on the handle (PLEASE see 4th photo) it's hard to see because it's same color as the inside and rust color towards the top of handle, there is also a mark on the inside along the top that can be seen in photos (looks like a pen mark but I think it is under the glaze) there is also a tiny little rough spot on the bottom don't know if it is a chip or just part of the pottery but I wanted to mention it.  It is marked/signed on bottom but I cannot make out what it says (See photos)
