Any item or items that will fit in a USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate Box will ship in 2 days.. All other items will be processed and shipped in 2-10 days depending on our work load.
We will combine shipping costs on all items that we can pack in one single package, and within weight and size limits set by UPS, FedEx, and USPS.
Oversize I, Oversize II & Oversize III items usually require custom (time consuming) packaging due to their size and odd shapes, so these items may take up to 10 working days. Freight items may take 21 working days to ship. 
My wife and I are doing our very best at all times to meet the minumum deadlines that we've set above, however shipping may be delayed during periods of increased sales.
Buyers are more than welcome to pick up their items from our shop. No added processing fees.
On items shipped UPS or FedEx the buyer will receive a shipping notification email containing the carrier and tracking # as soon as the item has been shipped. 
Smaller items will ship USPS Parcel Post or Priority Mail. USPS does not provide tracking information.
Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico shipping costs may be slightly higher, so you must contact us for a shipping quote before placing a bid or using Buy-It-Now.

If for some reason you receive an item that doesn't work right, doesn't fit your application, or is not what you expected, then please contact us by email or phone. We will give you a RMA (return material authorization) number to put on the box and an address to ship the item back to us. We'll issue a full or partial refund, or replace the item, as soon as we receive the item back if it's defective.
If your item was damaged in shipping, please contact us as soon as possible. You may need to provide a photo of the damage. We will file a claim with the shipper and replace the item or give a full refund.
We will leave positive feedback for you as soon as payment is received and would appreciate the same from you. Most of our clients are very happy with our products and service. If you should be the exception, please give us a chance to resolve the problem before giving us neutral or negative feedback.
