Payment

We prefer payment by Paypal but also accept postal orders, UK personal cheques accompanied by a bank guarantee card number, credit card via our own merchant account and direct bank deposits.

Payment within 3 days of auction ending please.

International customers Paypal or direct bank transfer only please.

Shipping

Items are shipped by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery within one working day of payment receipt under plain discrete wrapping.

Shipping costs within the UK is a flat rate £3.50 [unless listed in an Ebay required category for nil postage where postage will be included in the auction cost] for the first item and an additional £1.00 per item after that up to a maximum of 5 pieces.

UK bulk Orders over £100 receive free shipping.

Next day guaranteed costs are £7.50 if you require next day delivery [only available on orders received prior to 2pm] or if you are buying multiple items. Most recorded delivery parcels reach their destination next day but this is not guaranteed.
Please notify us if you require a guaranteed next day option.

International sales are shipped Royal Mail International signed for at a flat rate of £6.50 in the EU per item with each additional item costing £3.50. Insurance included covers items up to £37.00

For the rest of the world Royal Mail shipping is £9.95 international signed for.Insurance included.

Terms of Sale

Items are sold subject to receiving full payment as per the auction terms and remain the property of WigsUk/EFTW Ltd until paid in full.

Payments within 3 days of auction end please.

Any faulty item returned must be received back in an unworn / un-used state complete with  the original packaging and tags as appropriate - these tags should NOT have been removed from the product.
We strongly recommend that you use a return service which gains you a signature on receipt.

Postage Costs - if an item is returned for refund all postage costs for sending the product to you & any incurred in returning the product to us remain payable by you.
