Origin, Doctrine United Brethren in Christ: 1869 RARE! Offered for sale is the 1869 edition of ”Origin, Doctrine, Constitution and Discipline of the United Brethren in Christ”. Published in Dayton, Ohio by the United Brethren in Christ Establishment (date on title page, blank copyright page), this volume measures about 3 ¼” by 5 ¼”, and contains 155 numbered pages. Paper-covered boards with leather spine.

I’ve collated the book: all pages present. Overall, not bad condition for its age: wear to front cover, with some lettering faded, but still readable. Corner extremities have wear as well. Internally there are some smudges and other blemishes to some pages; particularly, a tear to page 115, creasing to upper right corner of pages 125-129. These are the standout faults inside. Faint spotting to endpages front and rear. Binding TIGHT. Really not a bad copy for a rather scarce book.
