For US orders, Standard Shipping and Handling (S&H) is $0.00 for the first item + $0.00 (S&H) on each additional item(s).
For Canada orders, Standard Shipping and Handling (S&H) is $0.00 for the first item + $0.00 (S&H) on each additional item(s).
For multiple orders, our checkout system will determine the S&H based on the shipping profiles shown in each Auction or Buy It Now item(s).
Please verify your address during checkout. We are not responsible for any wrong or undeliverable addresses.
The Buyer is responsible for any import duty tax or local tax. Please verify with your customs.
Combined shipping is only limited to the Auctions or Buy it Now item(s) under ButterBearProducts.
Terms of Sale:
If you are not happy with your purchase, you have 30 days to return your item(s) for exchange or refund. Please send your item back to the same address shown on the package.
For any return or exchange, we need the original receipt. Please send back with reason for return.
If the item arrives damaged or there was a error on our part. We will bear the cost of first class mail to return your item back to us. We will reimburse for first class mail return postage when the item arrives back.
Returns that are customers error, shipping & handling fees are non-refundable for the item and the customers will be responsible for the return shipping fees.
Please allow up to 10 days for return to be processed after we receive your item back to us.
