You are purchasing a completely customized, laser engraved pet tag that also works as the Magnetic Key for your pet door.  It's a 2-in-1 solution!!  No more bulky magnets or noisy collars.  One tag does it both!!

How does it work?
We start with our metal pet tag and custom engrave identification information on the front.  Then we attach a small magnet to the back.  Tags are non-magnetic aluminum, so we use a heavy duty adhesive to attach the magnet (NOW USING A NEW METAL ADHESIVE BONDING AGENT).  The result is an id tag that also serves as the magnetic key for your pet door.

Is it as strong as the original magnetic key?
Absolutely.  Don't let the small size mislead you - these are rare earth neodymium magnets.  This tiny magnet can lift over 3 pounds!  Don't worry, your cats will still be able to drag those rusty nails into the house.

All models of Petsafe, Staywell and Catwalk magnetic door systems.

How much can I engrave onto the tag?
There's room for up to 4 lines of of 15 characters.  Less writing means larger letters.  We suggest the pet's name, street address and telephone number.

Black,  Blue, Red, Purple, Orange
