Up for auction is a very unusual Weller dish. This piece is marked Weller on the bottom and has a red A mark also. The dish is a double handle black boy with a watermelon in the center. I have never seen one like it before. The lid has a watermelon on the center. It does have a large chip on the underside of the lid as you can see in the pictures. Some of the paint on the boys faces and lips have worn off as well as some of the white paint on the bowl.  On each side of the dish where the boys heads are there is a fine line. I cant say its a crack but I took closeups so you could see it for yourselves. The dish is right at 3 inches tall and the base is just over 2 1/2 inches wide. It measures 7 inches wide between each handle. Its a one of a kind collector item! All sales are final so please e-mail me with questions before bidding. I do not accept returns but will make exceptions if I were to misrepresent an item. I try and describe my items in detail and tell of any damage but I am human and may occasionally miss something. I will gladly work with the buyer on these occasions. I accept paypal or personal checks.I will allow time for personal checks to clear before mailing items. Payment is expected within 10 days.
