All shipping costs are quoted for USA sales only. All out of the country and FPO addresses will have a 2.00 handling fee and the cost of shipping to your destination. So please do not pay till I invoice you....

All items being shipped in the USA are shipped with in 3 mailing days of payment recieved. This means I send out after the item clears your paypal account, not 3 days after you have paid for the item. I included tracking-delivery confirmation FREE on all my items I send out IN THE USA ONLY. All out of usa sales usually only go out 2 times a week , this includes APO addresses.

REFUNDS will only be giving if I have decribed a item incorrectly or I have missed a flaw in the item . I do not refund if it does not fit or is not to your liking for reasons not under my control, this includes if you have found my item by searching by size and it is not what you wanted like adult instead of child ect. make sure you are in the right catagory before buying, i do not know what ebay is doing but i have had a few people who have bought items by size and it was a childs when they thought it was adult. Please ask me your concerned questions I will be happy to provide you with any information about the item that I can answer for you. I sell with confidence, but mistakes happen.  All items that are being returned must be postmarked 3 mailing days after the confirmation that you have recieved the item in order for a full refund also i needs to be sent in the original packing i sent it to you in and the same kind of postage.

 I do not combined shipping on any 99cent items, items that close at opening bid or on items that you have gotten in my store on a discount of the asking price { best offer}. On all other items that have sold above starting price I will take the highest shipping cost of the first item and will charge half the shipping for all other items. Jeans, Shoes, Books, Jean shorts, Jackets, and Beauty Products will not apply to this discount. This is because of there weight and the form of packaging that has to be done to insure to ship it safely. I do not combined shipping on my 99 cent items because they are being liquidated and i will not make any money on these items, iam listing them at cost already infact i usually lose money by the time i pay all the ebay fees and shipping cost.
