Payment must be made WITHIN 7 DAYS. Please go through the eBay checkout page whether you pay through paypal or one of our other options. We use a third party listing software program that will only recognize that an item is paid for if you complete the transaction through ebay. Accepted forms of payment for US buyers are: PayPal or Credit card over the phone:970-224-5800 Please include eBay item number with your payment. Once payment is received, every effort will be made to ship within 2 business days. Colorado State sales tax will be charged on all in-state purchases. In-store purchases will be charged local and state sales tax.
This item can ship to Paypal confirmed addresses: Flat Rate shipping quotes are calculated to Continental US only. Please ask questions prior to placing bids if you do not live in that area. Shipping charges are calculated (using ebays shipping calculator) and based upon estimated package size/weight, insurance (required) and a handling fee. These charges are non- negotiable. If you are not willing to pay them in full, please do not bid. We strive to ship within two to three business days (not including weekends) after payment is received and confirmed. We ship all items via FedEx or USPS, please assume when choosing UPS that it will be shipped FedEx instead (unfortunately, FedEx is not a listed option on eBay). Due to the 2 to 3 week delivery times of larger parcel post items, we are no longer using that as a large item shipping option. As shipping costs are typically the same for USPS Priority and Fedex Ground, we reserve the right to ship each package via the quickest route. If you require shipment via USPS, please state that prior to payment and we will make every attempt to ship that way. Notification must be received within 3 days of receipt of this item that there is a problem. If the item is as described and you still want to return it, there will be a 20% restocking fee and no shipping will be refunded. However, it must be returned in exactly the same condition that it was shipped in (including all accessories and boxes). If you believe that there is evidence that damage was caused during shipping, please contact our store immediately. Items can only be returned with prior authorization. Unauthorized returns will not be honored. Refunds will include original purchase and shipping costs on items that are significantly not as described (Buyer return shipping costs are not refundable for any reason). Customers must pack any item(s) being returned completely, with all manuals, cables, accessories, software, etc. Regardless of condition, all products must be packaged appropriately so as not to incur physical damage during return shipping. Return shipping insurance is the responsibility of the buyer, therefore, items damaged during the return shall be sent back to customer with no refunds.
