Shipping:

Default Service for Low value item : Hong Kong Post (Regular Airmail Service without tracking number). Customer can add 2.00USD to upgrade to Registered airmail service. Please inform us before payment has been done.
Default Service for High value item : Registered Airmail service with tracking number.
Express Mail Service (EMS).Please contact us to upgrade.

Delivery Time :
Regular and Registered airmail service takes 7-14 working days to arrive(Some country may need more that 14 days to arrive). But sometimes, there will be a delay. We will try to avoid this happen.
** Italy needs about 16-60 days to arrive
For Express Mail Service(EMS) , it takes 5-7 working days to arrive.

We will ship the item(s) after the payment received, except Sunday and Hong Kong Public Holiday.

Return Policy:

1. Please notify us within 14 days (according to the posting date).
2. Return items MUST have all ORIGINAL packaging and accessories.
3. Return postage and insurance charge is non-refundable for return items.
4. Return/exchange shipment of quality, we will supply free after service maintenance to quality problem goods(refund or exchange new shipment). If returned goods isn't quality problem but caused by buyer mis-judgement, 15% of amount for refund (include freight and insurance costs) or freight fee will be charged.
