Brand new -Blue Pine Rustic 5-Drawer Dresser from Country Log Furniture (53"tall x 24"deep x 37"wide).  Full extension ball baring glides, natural wayned edge and the Lodgepole Pine log trim is hand peeled with a drawknife.   This peice is of heirloom quality and will last for many generations to come with it's solid and sturdy top, bottom and back frame...Absolutely No Veneer!!   The drawers are made of 9-ply Russian Baltic Birch and the drawer bottoms are 26"wide x 18"long x 6"deep and dadoed in (not stapled).  Dresser is finished with a double coat of lacquer and comes completely assembled for your conveinance!

Payment:  PayPal payments are due within 3 days from date of purchase or mailed checks are due within 7 days.  We accept most major credit cards (sorry, no American Express), please contact us first for an authorization form.  If payment is not received within the time allowed, item will be re-listed and approperiate feedback will be left. 

Shipping:  Item will be shipped out within 7-10 business days of receiving cleared payment.  Please note that we do not profit anything from the shipping charges and we share our shipping discounts with our customers.  If you are not happy with the stated shipping amount, then please do not buy from us.  If you do purchase from us, then please do not dock our shipping stars or leave negative comments in our feedback that is related to shipping when it is out of our control.  All buyers that are not in the U.S., please contact us first for a shipping quote.  Shipping quotes do not include any of your Countries border, tax or duty fees and will be billed seperately by your country which will be your responsibility to pay.  Non Freight items are shipped through FedEx and Freight items (over 150lbs.) are shipped through ESTES.  The buyer has the option of free pick-up or local deliveries can be arranged for a charge of $25.00       Buyer will receive a confirmation e-mail once the item has been shipped with a tracking #.  We provide insurance for all orders shipped through FedEx and ESTES so if something was damaged in transit, it is a MUST that buyer saves ALL packaging materials including the original shipping lable in order to start the damaged claim process.  Pictures taken of the damaged item is very helpful as well!  WE CANNOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ITEMS ONCE THEY HAVE BEEN SHIPPED!

Returns & Refunds:  We take pride in offering a lifetime guarantee on our furniture and we will make it right with you if something goes wrong and it's our error.  We offer refunds in the form of product exchange or merchandise credit.  Sorry, no refunds will be given on custom orders.  If a money back refund is given, only the purchase price will be credited back as the customer is responsible for all shipping costs.
