This is a Singer sewing machine electronic embroidery plate. It doesn't have a model number on it, but its outer box indicated that it embroiders, does monograms and floral designs. The outer box is marked only Singer. The foot is included, and in the box. The picture on the box appears to show a dark ring that is used with this, which is not included. Ours is a non smoking home with no pets. We are downsizing, and have way too much stuff, so lots must go! Most all of our items, unless noted as new, come from estates, so most items are not brand new in wrapper. As such, you might see some signs of the item having been used. We are unable to accept returns, primarily because of postal costs being non-refundable, so please keep that in mind with your bidding.
