Condition:  Mostly Used with a few MH throughout including a MH block of 4

Some Highlights:

• Mint Hinged Block of 4 of 3c Washington Issue of 1857-60 Type II
• Envelopes with old stamps on them
• Includes 7 Envelopes/Letters during the "Stampless Period" that range in date from 1802 to 1842
