These three gallons of 2 part epoxy (2:1) will cover 500 sqft. Packaged with two 1.5 gal kits. Many customers find it easier to only mix 1.5 gallons at a time, but if you feel comfortable with working with 100% solids epoxy you can mix all three gallons. Best to apply with a squeegee and an18" 3/8" nap roller to help gain needed spread rate. If floor is pitted and/cracked coverage rate may be less because of the amount of material that collects in those pits and cracks.
Three gallons will cover more than 500 sqft. but it's not recommended. If you need to stretch it a little more just add up to a cup xylene(xylol) per gal of epoxy. When mixing any epoxy with or without xylene always mix for 2-3 minutes to ensure complete homogenation.
