This auction is for a hand-painted, metal chess set with box in absolutely new/mint condition.  It comes with a box with a sliding cover, and there is an individual plastic pouch for each piece.  The king measures 3 1/2 inches and the pawns are approximately 3 1/8 inches.  On the box are little stickers that say:

C-1 Napoleonic War Chess Set (French/British)

Reeves International, 1107 Broadway, New York, NY

Gift Attic $225.  (Yes, I paid $225 for this many years ago, and will start the bidding at a very gentle $75.)

NOTE: Chess board is not included.  This was for purposes of taking the above photographs.  The set comes with the wooden shipping box, but not with the chess board.

Shipping will be $17.50 for US Priority Mail within the United States.  I'm happy to ship internationally, but please contact me for a quote.
