CONDITION: The CD is in ALMOST MINT condition with very minor marks which do not affected play (Guaranteed!).  The plastic jewel case is in ALMOST MINT condition with minor scuffing.  Comes complete with original artwork and booklet.  (see explanation of condition grading below). 

Explanation of condition:

FACTORY SEALED: This CD is in the original factory shrink-wrap.  It is in exactly the condition you would find it at a store.  Any imperfections would be listed in the condition line.

MINT: This item is close to the condition you would get if you had just taken the shrink wrap off a newly CD.  It is in brand new condition, has a jewel case with no imperfections and has all it's original artwork and booklet.

ALMOST MINT: Very minor wear to CD or jewel case.  Has all original artwork and booklet unless specifically noted in the condition line above.

VERY GOOD: Minor wear to CD or jewel case. Has all original artwork and booklet unless specifically noted in the condition line above. 

GOOD: Moderate wear to CD or jewel case may have some scuffs/cracks. Has all original artwork and booklet unless specifically noted in the condition line above. 

ACCEPTABLE: Wear to CD or jewel case is very noticable.  Has all original artwork and booklet unless specifically noted in the condition line above.  While this CD should play as designed, the seller makes no guarantee of it.  This item is sold as is and cannot be returned.

Shipping/Handling: Several shipping methods are offered with exact cost determined by your location and choice of shipping service.  Insurance is optional.  I usually ship items within 2 business days of payment receipt.   International shipping must contact me for a specific quote.  Requests for alternative shipping methods will be considered, but not guaranteed.  If you purchase multiple items I will combine into 1 shipping package to reduce your overall per item shipping cost.

Returns & Refunds: I accept returns and refunds will be cheerfully given @ 100% of purchase price upon receipt of returned item, when the item is not in the condition stated in the auction description (any damage incurred during shipping is covered only if you purchased insurance - otherwise shipping damage is not covered).  Refunds are offered for the purchase price – shipping costs will not be refunded.  The item must be returned in the condition it was shipped. 

Delivery Guaranteed: I provide refunds MINUS shipping costs for any item that does not arrive at its destination (U.S. and Canada only!).  There is no delivery guarantee for INTERNATIONAL shipments.
