Store Policies 

1.  ASK QUESTIONS BEFORE YOU BID:  email us through eBay PRIOR to BIDDING if you have any questions regarding an item so there is NO CONFUSION about what you are bidding on / buying.  All cards are sold "AS IS" so it is the BIDDER/BUYER's responsibility to ask questions should s/he have any reservations about the item.

2.  ALL SALES are FINAL:  Mill Valley Sportscards ("MVS") does NOT ACCEPT RETURNS except in special situations which must be negotiated between the Buyer and MVS.  All cards sold are in NrMT to Mint condition unless otherwise stated.  We package all of our cards to ensure that cards are not bent or damaged - any damage caused by the shipping company (e.g., USPS) is NOT the responsibility of MVS - this is the purpose of insurance.

3.  PAYMENT:  MVS accepts PayPal ONLY  as payment for items (direct transfers preferred).  All payments must be received within 10 calendar days of the close of auction or Buy It Now.  Due to the volume of cards we sell, any item unpaid after 10 days will AUTOMATICALLY be filed as a non-payment through eBay.

4.  SHIPPING:  Shipping costs are listed above with the price (or current bid).  Shipping discount available for multiple items purchased within a day or two (as allowed by eBay).  MVS is NOT RESPONSIBLE for items lost in the mail.  It is the Buyer's responsibility to purchase INSURANCE (an amount for INSURANCE will appear on all invoices and payment pages but it is OPTIONAL).
