This set is in great shape!!

The Stock Yard shakes when activated and the cows leave the corral and head into the box car.
All the parts are here see photos.
I do not have a controller for this as listed in the instruction sheet.
The instruction sheet is 5 pages of reading.

* A Stock Yard Corral with loading ramp - the box is in very nice shape
* A box of 8 black cows and 3 brown cows the black cows have little fingers on the bottom and they are all perfect. The brown cows have a soft felt on the bottom - the small cow box is in very nice shape but has 1 little rip at one of the ends.
* A set of conversion parts for "O" gauge track
* There is a track "lockon" for the power

The car is in nice shape too with just a little rust as seen in the photos.
There is a cracked part off the top walking roof part.
The under wires are fine for the opening of the doors
