-This table is in EXCELLENT condition!!  In a smoke-free house and cleaned on a regular basis.  I put a runner on the table to prevent any minor scratches from any center pieces.  Although I could not prevent  ALL scratches there are very very few that occured.

-This table is a MUST see table to appreciate the Modern look that will complete your home decor.  This table can seat  6  comfortably however; there are only FOUR chairs.

-This Table can not be shipped so personal pick up is a MUST....I will agree to meet you with-in 50 miles of Springfield ILLINOIS to transfer ownership of this Table and Chairs.

-A DEPOSIT will be required within 5 days of ending of aution.  With deposit in place, I will agree to drive to meet the winner of this table to transfer ownership.
