The larger of the two covers is for the Amphibious Training Base in Little Creek, Virginia and the smaller one is dark blue and says United States Navy on one side and Remember Pearl Harbor on the other.  The match tops have been cut off.  I got these with some other items dated in the late 40s.  Buyer to pay $1.00 mailing fee.  Thanks for looking.
