Here's the $9.95 Express Mail issue, used.  Some very light creasing here consistent with the use of these stamps on parcels and packages, but condition is otherwise excellent.   You be the judge: what you see is what you get.  Thanks for looking, and have fun!
  • Buyer to pay $1.25 s/h worldwide.  Shipping discounts always on multiple lot purchases.  US domestic shipments are shipped via first class or priority mail, depending on shpping weight or as specified in the auction description.  International shipments are shipped via airmail.

  • Insurance on domestic shipments optional at USPS rates.  International registered mail optional but recommended on higher value lots going overseas, as I am not responsible for shipments lost or stolen in the mails!

  • What do you get for $1.25 s/h?  FAST shipping (read my feedback!), secure packaging, and shipment notification.  Typically I do not charge additional shipping for up to 5 or 6 lots.  After that, 25-cents or so additional to accommodate weight.  If you win this auction, I will send you an invoice for this any any other lots you win within 24 hours of auction end.
