You are bidding on "Seven Strange Clues", number 4 in the Judy Bolton Mystery series, written by Margaret Sutton, published by Grossett & Dunlap.

This book appears to have come from the series that was printed between 1952-1963.  The hardcover is rust tweed, the haunted house endpaper is burgundy. 

The cover is in good condition, with minimal wear at the corners and at the top and bottom of the spine.  Pages are extremely clean.  The dust jacket is in good condition as well, with only wear around the edges.  The binding is secure, however there is a split at the joint between the endpapers and the pages of the book.  There is a name and Feb 1953 written in pen on the title page.

The last title on the inside dust jacket flap is The Spirit of Fog Island.
