 Returns

For items received as described, a refund of the final invoice price (minus shipping and handling charges and a 15% restocking fee will be issued). Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and for sufficiently packing and insuring returned items unless otherwise agreed upon. Refunds will not be issued for damaged merchandise. All EBAY returns must be made within 3 days of delivery to you.

Shipping

Items purchased through Trudy's Tackworld are shipped by USPS Priority Mail unless otherwise stated in the item listing. Large items including saddles, saddle pads, and some combined shipping purchases are shipped by FedEx, so buyers will need to include a physical address. At Trudy's Tackworld we strive to make our customers happy by shipping in a timely manner. Most items are shipped within two business days of payment receipt. In the event of a shipment delay, we will notify buyers by email.
