This bedroom set can be used as two twin beds alongside each other or as bunk beds--just as they are set up now. The three dressers are included. The third, lower dresser was used as a nightstand between the two beds when they were both on the floor. The set is in excellent condition save for the lower bunk which has a slight split--see pictures two and four. My brother-in-law, who is not at all handy, nailed it over with a piece of wood. The new owner may want to nail it form the inside so it would not be visible or can simply paint it and leave it as is. The two mattresses and two custom made navy comforters are inlcuded in the sale; the two mirrors above the dressers, the artwork and the mess made by my nephews are not .
