Lovely reticulated souvenir plate from St. Lawrence Seaway, Massena, N.Y. Sites on plate are:

Robert Moses Dam
Eisenhower Lock overlook
Lock entrance
Eisenhower Lock tunnel

Circa/Year: 35+ years old.

Measurements: Diameter is 8".

Label/Backstamp: Black and gold foil label - Arrow JERSEY CITY, N.J. MADE IN JAPAN.

Material: Porcelain.

Condition: Needs a better cleaning. Tips of the spokes - some have roigh spots and some small chips on spokes. Some light fade to the lettering.
