We have just been consigned a large number of electric trains.  We are not train collectors, the consignor is not a train collector, they inherited this group from their father and know very little about them.  Given the above, it is obvious we have no idea as to current value of the individual pieces.  As a result,  they will be started  low and have no reserve.  We will allow the market to establish the value.  As to condition, we will describe what we see and take careful pictures.  If there is some additional information that can be gleaned by further inspection of  the item, we will be happy to accomodate those requests.  PLEASE ASK BEFORE BIDDING.  What we do not know:

ONCE THE ITEM LEAVES OUR MUSEUM WE CANNOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ITS CARE.   UNFORTUNATELY, EBAY NO LONGER ALLOWS OPTIONAL INSURANCE.  DUE TO THE POTENTIAL RARITY AND VALUE OF SOME OF THESE TRAINS ALL SALES OVER A $25 TOTAL WILL BE INSURED  INCLUDED WITH OUR HANDLING CHARGES.  YOU MAY BE WILLING TO TAKE THE RISK, BUT WITH CONSIGNMENT ITEMS, WE ARE NOT.  WE HOPE YOU UNDERSTAND.
