This Oxford University Press hardback in a dust jacket is a First Printing copy. The book includes chapter notes with references and an index. See photos for contents.

This book appears brand new except for a scant bit of surface wear to the dust jacket and two pinhead-sized holes along the front spine gutter. The book shows no damage or wear except for a lower corner crease in the last two blank pages. Clean throughout with no markings or soiling. Binding remains tight and square. Appears never to have been read. A choice copy!
