Original Bachman Plasticville Toys and Hobbies Shop kit.  Snap-fit assembly requires no glue.  Unassembled model appears to have all pieces and instructions - sold as is.  Package shows some fading and wear.  A classic building for any layout.  See my other H.O. scale auctions.
