RETURNS and/or EXCHANGES 

-Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving parcel, if there is a problem with your order. Also, let us know the reason for the request for an exchange/refund.
-We will review your request and if it falls within our return/exchange policy, we will issue a return authorization number *RA#* with instructions on how to return the item(s). 
-If we have made an error in the shipment, we will cover the costs of re-shipment. Otherwise, s/h rates are non-refundable.
-Not all items are returnable/exchangeable, so please check our list in the next paragraph *sales are final items*. 
-Once we receive your item(s), a replacement or refund the cost of the item, will be issued, if the condition of item(s) is as per terms of return policy.

-items must be returned in original, unused, unworn, untorn or unaltered condition & must also be odor free (such as tobacco, perfume, food, undesirable odors etc not associated with original scent of merchandise) 
-packages must be untorn, with attached tags (if applicable), no missing pieces or attachments

-any item with packaging that has been torn or has missing pieces/attachments or with with detached tags 


WRONG SIZE? 

-you must place an order for the correct size, so that the new order can be shipped at once, if you require another size than item originally ordered/received
-once your inital order is received by us (with RA#), your account will be credited within 21 days, if all conditions of the return policy have been met
-Shipping/handling rates are non-refundable
-if another size is not available, a refund will be issued - a 20% re-stocking fee will apply

All unauthorized returns (without RA#) will not be accepted.
Any parcel returned to us for other reasons, (wrong address, refused, unclaimed etc) will be assessed a 20% re-stocking fee or may be assessed accordingly, depending on circumstances.
