 Q: Is the disk scratched for the "Are you smarter than a 5th grader. Does the game have cards so you can play without the disk if it got scratched. Thank you
A: The disk is like new in fact I doubt it was ever used. when I pulled it out just now to check it that may have been the first and only time out of the sleeve and yes it comes with cards :)
