Insurance:
Domestic shipping (in USA) always includes full insurance. Outside USA, see country limitations for insurance coverage at the USPS website. (Priority Mail International)
In the event of a lost or stolen item from the mails, the buyer must agree to wait an extended period of time, as long as it takes, for insurance claims to be processed and refunds to be issued.
International Buyers: Our shipping price varies according to Country. Please email us. We may require a bank wire transfer for some Countries if shipping with USPS. Some Countries prohibit or restrict jewelry shipments, or have limits on insurance amounts. This means that USPS will not pay claims if there is a loss. Therefore, you will be responsible for any losses. We may require payment by bank wire transfer. Or, we may be able to ship to these countries using a third party insurer, Global Parcels, with UPS or Fedex. Shipping prices will be

Customs fees and duties:
We are not responsible for customs fees or duties, foreseen or not. We are not responsible for customs of foreign countries or mail facilities of foreign countries holding merchandise for extended periods of time. We ship to many countries. We do not ship to Nigeria, Indonesia or Malaysia. All items are sent insured, within the specific country limits. Return Policy:

Packaging:
All items are shipped in a gift box or bag, and packed in a secure, sturdy box for shipping.
Sizing and shortening:
We can quickly size or shorten your item. Sizing down a ring or shortening a bracelet or necklace will be $10.00. Sizing a gold ring up will be $10.00 for the first size plus $5.00 for each additional size, unless otherwise stated.
Condition of our Estate, Antique and New Jewelry:
Most of our jewelry will be in excellent condition. We polish many items when needed. Some of our estate jewelry may show some wear. Everything is inspected twice. If there are small minor imperfections such as light scratches, chips and/or dents (rare) in any item, we will usually disclose them in the description to the best of our ability.
