Here’s another one for all you Marines and Marine Corps enthusiasts! This is a FINE example of the current logo patch for Marine Corps Communication-Electronics School. You won’t find one of these just anywhere! Not, of course, allowed on the uniform, but worn on all manner of off-duty civilian caps and clothing as novelty items.
According to the official website, MCCES can trace its history all the way back to 1932, when it was known as "Pigeon and Flag Handler Platoon!" During WWII it had evolved into Signal School, based at Quantico, and later, Camp Lejeune. Over the years the unit migrated east-to-west, at various posts with various designations. By 1975, the unit's transition to Twentynine Palms was complete, and MCCES became the "largest formal school in the Marine Corps!"
Currently, MCCES remains dedicated to their mission of training Marines in some of the most modern and sophisticated electronic gear! The school graduates nearly 6,000 students annually, providing 56 courses that produce 35 different Military Occupational Specialties!
Note: The unit website displays this new updated logo! The older (red) logo is also available from my eBay store! Limited supply makes the older logo patch even more "collectable!" Not sure how long they’ll last, so don't miss out!
This is a BRAND NEW and UNUSED patch. It is NOT a war relic but a recent manufacture item! Embroidered on light tan twill with merrowed edge and plastic (iron-on) backing. Colors are clean and bright. See ruler in photo for size comparison.

Please Note: As of January 2009, mailed payments are no longer accepted for eBay transactions. (This is eBay's policy that I must comply with to maintain good standing as a seller.) That leaves PayPal as my preferred (and only) payment method. With PayPal, buyers can pay with credit card, eCheck, or cash balance in their account.
US buyers pay $1.00 for packaging and US Postal Service First Class shipment. Will combine shipping on multiple items purchased. Add $0.25 for each additional item, and please pay with a single payment after all purchases have been completed.
International Shipping Costs:
Canadian buyers pay $1.25 for first item and $0.30 each additional. All other international buyers pay $1.50 for first item and $0.50 each additional. Items ship First Class Mail International to customers outside the US, so please bid only if you have confidence in postal delivery to your address.

My "Insurance Policy"
I do not recommend insurance for domestic shipment of small-value items. In my experience, the track record of US Postal Service delivery within the US is practically 100% reliable. Best insurance you can have is making sure you provide me with a current and correct postal delivery address, and checking your mailbox regularly.
But for buyers who insist on added peace-of-mind, I offer to "seller insure" my small-value items. This means, for the low cost of $1.30 I will assume liability on damage or loss. (This was the old USPS fee before the rate increase.) In the event of loss or damage, your claim will be honored in the following manner: Items that have exact duplicates will be replaced. Non-replaceable items will be fully refunded. Please purchase only if you agree with this policy.
Insurance is available to US customers only. Higher-value items will be covered under standard USPS insurance, and buyer will need to contact me for rates.

I always post feedback after a completed transaction and always appreciate feedback from satisfied buyers. Normally takes me only 2 or 3 days to post, but sometimes I get behind. Please be patient. Also, if you are dissatisfied in any way, please contact me before posting negative. Maybe there's a misunderstanding, or something we can work out.
Return Policy:
No Returns Accepted is my designated policy, primarily because of time constraints. These low-cost items do not warrant the back-and-forth of selling on "approval” or “try-before-you-buy.” I go to great lengths to describe each item honestly and accurately, and there’s a ruler in each photo for size comparison. I ask that you be sure of your decision before buying. PLEASE READ THE DESCRIPTION ENTIRELY AND CAREFULLY EXAMINE THE PHOTO. Ask questions PRIOR TO BIDDING. I try to respond to e-mail inquiries within 24 hours. Please do not bid if you have any doubts.

I expect buyer’s on-file E-mail address to be valid, and checked regularly.
I expect buyer's confirmed ship-to address to be correct and current for postal delivery.
I expect either payment or communication indicating buyer’s intentions within three (3) business days. If no response by then, I'll send a reminder invoice. If I don't hear from buyer — in any form — after more than ten (10) business days, I’ll assume “non-paying customer.” Since I can’t afford to pay Final Value Fees (eBay’s commission) on sales that aren’t completed, I must then open a case with eBay’s Resolution Center to recover the fees. This begins a process that may result in an unpaid item strike against the buyer, and the item being re-listed. :-(
Bottom line:
Please E-MAIL ME if there are circumstances in which you cannot comply with above expectations.
