This is an early 1900's "Dear Old Song Book" by Wm. A. Pond & Co.  It comes from a local Maryland estate sale in great antique condition with overall discoloration, spotting and a slight fraying on the books bound edge. There are no tears to the pages or corner folds. It is filled with 96 page of songs including old "familiar hymns, plantation melodies, sea, love and college songs."
