This fully lined green velvet jumper is simply precious. It is the richest jewel green velvet and has a flower cut out at the chest. The green satin lining shows through the cut out. There are 2 darts at chest level that create an A-Line. It ties at the back. One of the ties could use a stitch but I STINK at sewing. It zips up the back and measures 24" from shoulder to hem.
